Processing time
We’re a small team and produce in small runs to reduce waste and keep quality high—thank you for your patience. All orders are processed within 7–14 business days. This means your order is prepared, packed, and handed off to the carrier during this window.

Shipping time (transit)
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (or replace with your flat-rate / free-shipping language).

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly, delivery delays can occur.
